My role: Art Director, Interface Designer

For almost three years, I oversaw the design team responsible for the monthly Newsgram, holiday emails, and special Flash treats like customized printable Halloween mask creators and holiday card makers. I set (and maintained) the art direction, concepted the Flash projects, and helped steer creative projects content.

With a monthly distribution of 4 million subscribers, Newsgram connects customers with product support, sales, and creative craft projects. It knows what HP products you own, whether you have kids, and if you like quilting — then it serves you content customized to your needs. The benefits for HP are just as great: reduced support costs, enhanced customer retention, and increased ink and media sales.
