I’ve always had a hard time with portfolios. I have a lot of work to show, and it covers a lot of areas. I can draw like a designer, code like a developer, diagram like an information architect, direct like an art director, and write like a copywriter. But I’m not a designer, a developer, an information architect, an art director, or a copywriter. In fact, those things are all so natural to me and so closely related, that I sometimes wonder why they're separate jobs at all. [They’re separate jobs because you’re not Superman—ed.]
Below are ten works hand-picked for no particular reason. They aren’t necessarily my “best” work (whatever that means), or the highest profile. Instead, they are my five favorite projects, and five recent projects.
